Disclaimers and Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits).
Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, pandemics) excuse performance.
Dispute Resolution
- For trade disputes, contact support within 7 days. We encourage amicable resolution.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Termination
We may terminate access anytime for breach. Upon termination, obligations survive (e.g., payment of fees).
